Sometimes cutting a piece of wood/metal becomes a tiresome work when u hav a saw. So in a cycle operted cutter you just have to pedal your cycle and through linking mechanism the cutting tool (saw) will reciprocate. It can be used to cut wood as well as metal of less thickness.
