Wind Turbines on Railway tracks

Ever stood at a door of train running at high speeds? The first thing that cimes to mind is the fast wind blowing across. Can we harness this energy? Yes certainly we can. There are two ways of doing this.
1. Install small wind turbines on train itself so that its the movenent of wind runs this turbine.
2. Install the wind turbines durectly on railway tracks. Such a installation would generate electricity by ever single passing train.
